# 12hours.tech 12hours.tech is a hands-on AI implementation practice: we find the repetitive work inside a small business and build the AI systems that do it, starting with one workflow. We implement rather than advise — agents, integrations, retrieval, evals, monitoring, and a handover your team keeps. ## What we do - Find the repetitive knowledge work done weekly — people moving information between systems by hand, reports assembled by copy-paste, internal ops that eat a day a week. - Build the system that does that work, in your tools, with your team: agents, integrations, retrieval over your own documents, evals, and monitoring. - Measure the time saved before and after, and hand over documentation your team keeps. - Train teams to do it themselves: practical AI and implementation education on your real material. ## Pages - [Home](https://12hours.tech/): what we do and what working together looks like. - [What we automate](https://12hours.tech/what-we-automate/): the kinds of work between the work that we take on. - [Work](https://12hours.tech/work/): before-and-after patterns and how time saved is measured. - [How it works](https://12hours.tech/how-it-works/): the engagement steps, who this suits, and pricing. - [Education](https://12hours.tech/education/): practical AI training on the work you actually have. - [Reviews](https://12hours.tech/reviews/): client reviews, published as written. Empty until real reviews exist. - [About](https://12hours.tech/about/): who you work with, and why the name is 12 hours. - [Contact](https://12hours.tech/contact/): three fields; we reply within one working day. - [Free workflow assessment](https://12hours.tech/assessment/): 6 questions, scored in your browser, ending in a prioritised three-item roadmap. - [Leave a review](https://12hours.tech/leave-a-review/): one link for clients who have worked with us. ## Engagement models and starting prices These are the ways to work with us, and the bands we start from. Every number is a documented default pending the owner's sign-off; quotes are fixed once a job is scoped. The lines below are generated from `src/content/pricing.ts` at build time and are not hand-maintained here. - **Co-build by the hour.** $250 / hour — per hour, or 4h $1,000 / 10h $2,500 / 20h $5,000. We work in your tools alongside your team. Best when someone can carry it forward. - **Done for you.** $2,500 – $12,000 — typical first project. We take one workflow end to end: understand it, build the system, prove the time saved, and hand it over. - **One-day team workshop.** $3,500 — one day. A single day with your team on your own material. Everyone leaves with methods they can use the next morning. - **Team day rate.** $800 / day — per day. A full day with your team on one workflow, when a project needs more than an hour pack. A documented default awaiting the owner's sign-off. Sessions and training: - **First session.** Free — first 20 minutes. Talk through the job you're stuck on. No card, no obligation. - **30-minute unstick.** $89 — 30 minutes. One problem, solved on the call, with notes you keep. - **60-minute working session.** $150 — 60 minutes. Work a real job end to end and leave with methods that are yours. - **Three-session pack.** $390 — three 60-minute sessions. A habit, not a one-off. Roughly 13% below three single sessions. ## Who this is for A good fit: repetitive knowledge work done weekly; people moving information between systems by hand; workflows that need judgement, not just triggers; expensive employees doing cheap work. Probably not a fit: you just want a chatbot; the workflow happens twice a year; nobody can explain how the workflow currently works. ## Contact hello@12hours.tech Sitemap: https://12hours.tech/sitemap.xml
